H.E.A.L. 
(Signature Keynote Address)

More than two-thirds of children report at least one traumatic event by age 16. Alicia was one of those children and shares her story of how she experienced "post-traumatic growth" by facing and healing her mental and emotional wounds, and how this decision elevated her impact as a helping professional.


This is Alicia's signature keynote address that highlights the impact of childhood adversity and our ability to thrive despite it.

Self-Care is Life Care

Alicia has openly shared about her journey to retiring the "Superwoman" cape and embracing the power of rest and asking for help. During this program, Alicia taps into the importance of prioritizing mental, physical, spiritual, and relational well-being through daily self-care practices. She hits on reasons why mission-driven professionals have difficulty putting themselves first and ways to break free of old narratives about self-care. Her message debunks the self-care myths and sets the stage for living a self-care-rich lifestyle.
